These terms apply when you use Embage ("Embage", "we", "us"): the website, the app, and the chat and voice widgets. By creating an account or using Embage, you agree to them. If you use Embage for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 to use Embage.
Embage lets you build AI agents that answer on website chat, browser voice and Telegram, use your knowledge base, save datastore records, run actions in connected apps through sub-agents, hand conversations to your team, and review conversations after they end.
We keep improving Embage, so features may change, be added or be removed. Some features may be marked as early or in testing and may not always work as expected.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused AI credits, voice sessions or other limits, downgrades, cancellations, or periods when you didn't use Embage.
You can cancel at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew after that. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel before the trial ends.
This doesn't limit any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you and that can't be excluded.
If you connect your own OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway key, the usage on that key is billed by your provider, not by us, and you must follow that provider's terms. Keep your keys secure and rotate them if you think they've been exposed.
You own the content you add to Embage, such as instructions, knowledge base content and datastore records, and the conversations your agents have. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to run Embage for you.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. You are also responsible for how your agents behave, and for telling your visitors how their information is used, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use Embage to:
AI agents can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, even when they use your knowledge base. Check important answers and actions, and don't treat agent replies as professional advice. You are responsible for the actions your agents take in apps you connect, so give each sub-agent only the actions it needs.
Embage works with services we don't control, including the AI models you choose, the apps you connect, Telegram and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
You can stop using Embage and delete your account or organisation from settings at any time.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or use Embage in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. When an account is closed, access ends and no refund is given.
Embage is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Embage isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Embage is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs that come from your content, your agents, or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and email account owners about significant changes. If you keep using Embage after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
